Hey friends,
This Sunday at Centro Agape we are having some baptisms. 7 to be exact. It is pretty exciting to see so many of our brothers and sisters take this step in their lives following Christ. What's more exciting for me personally is that 3 of them are part of our youth group. I would like to invite those of you who are already baptized to think back to think back to your special baptism day. I would like you to think about the excitement you experienced, the happiness you felt, the fire you were on for God, and that great feeling you get after you come out of the water. There is nothing you can't do, no obstacles in your way, and you just want to go and tell everyone you meet and run into about God's love.
Now as you sit there and think about all that excitement, i would love to invite you to pray for these people who are getting baptized this Sunday. Pray for them as they make this commitment in front of God, their families, and their friends. Pray so they never lose this passion they experience. Pray that they really understand that they're in it for the long run, and that this long run doesn't get too tiring. Pray for the blessings God is planning to pour onto them, and that they use these blessings to touch others.
I am really excited and thankful to be part of this service on Sunday and i will post some pictures as soon as i get a chance to. Please keep praying for these brothers and sisters and for the way God is going to use them in their everyday lives!
